Rob is involved in all areas of the business, with a particular focus on maintaining high standards across compliance, sales, and overall operations. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, hands-on approach, and passion for driving the business forward.

Outside of work, Rob is a devoted dad to his football-loving daughter and is married to Jenny. A keen dog walker, he enjoys long walks in the countryside, often finishing at a local country pub. A loyal Liverpool fan, Rob combines his professional dedication with a strong focus on family life and personal interests.
