1. Important Information About Your Agreement

We operate as a credit leasing broker, not a lender, and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Before proceeding, it is important that you understand your cancellation rights and any applicable charges.

2. Customer Classification

Your rights and obligations depend on your classification:

Regulated Customers:
You are considered a regulated customer if you are:
- An individual consumer
- A sole trader
- A small partnership (typically 3 or fewer partners)

These customers benefit from statutory cooling-off rights under UK law.

Non-Regulated Customers:
You are considered non-regulated if you are:
- A limited company
- A limited liability partnership (LLP)
- A registered charity or other incorporated body

Business customers such as limited companies and LLPs generally do not benefit from statutory consumer cancellation rights.

3. Your Right to Cancel (Regulated Customers Only)

If you are a regulated customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of signing your order form.

Default Position:
We will not begin providing services during this 14-day cancellation period.

Early Commencement of Services (Customer Election):
If you wish us to begin work immediately, you must confirm below.

By doing so:
- You request immediate commencement of services
- You acknowledge that the Vehicle Processing Fee will become payable
- You understand that your statutory cancellation rights may be affected

We will not commence provision of the services until the statutory 14 days cancellation period has ended. However, if you request us to begin services during the 14-day cancellation period, you may still exercise your statutory cancellation rights, however you may become liable for reasonable charges for services already provided up to the point of cancellation.

4. Vehicle Processing Fee (Within 14 Days)

If:
- You are a regulated customer, and
- You have requested early commencement of services, and
- You cancel within the 14-day period

We will retain a Vehicle Processing Fee of £250 + VAT.

This fee reflects genuine work already undertaken, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and processing your vehicle order
- Submitting your order to the supplying dealership
- Securing pricing with finance providers
- Administrative and compliance work

5. Cancellation Charges After 14 Days

If you cancel your order after 14 days, the following applies:

Fairness & Case-by-Case Review:
- All cancellation fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- The fee may be reduced where appropriate
- We will only retain charges that reflect reasonable and justifiable business costs

These costs may include:
- Administrative processing
- Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance checks
- Finance application handling
- Vehicle stock reservation or removal from sale
- Allocation of factory build slots
- Supplier engagement and processing

6. Additional Dealership Charges

Where a supplying dealership imposes charges directly resulting from your cancellation (for example where a vehicle has entered build or been allocated), you may be responsible for those reasonable charges. Evidence of such charges will be provided upon request.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any such charges and minimise costs where possible.

7. Vehicle Delays

Whilst every effort will be taken to ensure that you receive your vehicle on the agreed date, all delivery dates provided are estimates, and the date can be affected by manufacturer delays, failure by you to return documents when requested, transport logistics and other elements outside our direct control. If in the event that we cannot supply your vehicle within 90 days of the original estimated delivery date then you will be offered the option to cancel with no charge and we will refund your vehicle processing fee in full.
